Processing Time: All orders are processed Mondays through Fridays, excluding weekends and holidays. We have a standard processing time of 24-48 hours before shipment. Please note that this timeframe may vary due to sales events or holidays.

Delivery Time: After the processing period, it typically takes 3-7 business days for orders to be delivered.

Order Modifications: Once an order is submitted, processing begins immediately, and modifications are not permitted. This includes changes to products, shipping methods, addresses, or cancellations.

Shipping Notifications: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Fraud and Theft: Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. RJ Royalty reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted.
Undeliverable, Lost, or Return to Sender Packages
If a package is returned to sender, it will be restocked, and you will receive store credit in the form of an RJ Royalty E-Gift Card, minus the initial shipping charge and a 20% restocking fee. We are unable to replace or reship these packages. To correct the issue, please use the E-Gift Card to place a new order with the correct address. However, we do not guarantee that the item will be in stock at the time of your reorder or that it will be available at the same price as the original order.
Delivery Issues

Marked as Delivered: We do not refund or replace items marked as “delivered” by the courier. For added security, we recommend delivering items to a secure address.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, natural disasters, holidays, or delays by the shipping carrier. However, we remain fully committed to providing you with the best possible service.
