What is the warranty on my watch?

RJ Royalty Watches have a lifetime guarantee.

When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24-72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays.

Can I cancel or update my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Can I change my address?

Feel free to reach out to us within an hour of placing your order and we will try our best to accommodate the change before the order is processed.

Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we are unable to guarantee the change.

After the order is shipped, RJ Royalty cannot actively change the shipping address. You can contact the carrier to submit your request, but RJ Royalty cannot guarantee that the carrier will meet your requirements and change the shipping address.


How can I track my order?

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number via e-mail so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you.

What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

First off, our apologies! Please send your order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect piece to orders@rjroyalty.com

Returns and exchanges?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, or if there is a discrepancy in your order, please retain all documentation and packaging and start your return here.

RJ Royalty provides a 7 day return or exchange policy and a lifetime warranty on our products.

You may return any unused RJ Royalty products in their original packaging for a full refund within 7 business days of receiving your order. Items that have been worn or watches with plastic covers removed from the top, back, or crown of the watch, are not eligible for returns. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. 

You must first request an authorization for your package. To obtain an authorization, contact us by e-mail at orders@rjroyaty.com

Ship your package and insure the package for the full purchase price. For security reasons, do not disclose the contents when insuring the package.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping.

How do I exchange my RJ Royalty product?

You may exchange unused items within 7 days of receipt.

How should I clean my jewelry?

We recommend using a  jewelry cloth to clean 

or clean your watch regularly by wiping it with a soft cloth dampened with fresh water, especially after exposure to seawater.

What type of movement does each RJ Royalty watch contain?

Swiss or Swiss Ronda Movement

How do I set the time & date on my watch?

You’ll use the crown to adjust both the time and, if your watch has a date indicator, the date on your RJ Royalty watch.

To set the date, unscrew the crown and pull it out one step, then turn it clockwise. To set the time, pull the crown out two steps and turn it clockwise.

Once you’re finished, press the crown back in fully to start the watch. Please ensure the crown is securely pushed in, as the watch won’t start otherwise.

What materials are RJ Royalty Watches made of?

316L stainless steel and sapphire crystal glass. The only thing harder than this glass is a diamond.

Is my RJ Royalty watch water resistant?

Yes 5 ATM level of water resistance.

When should I remove my jewelry?

Fine jewelry should be the last thing you put on before you leave the house and the first thing you take off when you get home. It is "fine" and delicate, and should be treated as such. 

We suggest removing jewelry before swimming, as chemicals used to treat pools may damage jewelry and cooler temperatures can cause your finger size to reduce, and may cause rings to come off the finger.

It is also best to remove your jewelry before showering, as soaps, shampoos, etc. can get caught in earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings.

If you prefer to keep your jewelry on, it is important to stay on top of routine maintenance.

When you remove your jewelry for bed, swimming, showering, and any other activity that may affect the integrity of your piece, please store each piece individually to avoid tangling and scratching.

Please keep in mind, gold is durable but malleable, and scratches are expected with time and wear.
