If your watch stops functioning due to a manufacturing issue or arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

WHAT’S COVERED

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturing defects and functional issues under normal wear, including:

  • Movement defects
  • Faulty watch components
  • Manufacturing-related issues
  • Items that arrive damaged

In the event that your original item is no longer available, you may exchange it for another of equal or lesser value.

This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement. In the event that your original item is no longer available, you may exchange it for another of equal or lesser value.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

Our guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches or cosmetic damage
  • Water damage caused by misuse
  • Lost or stolen items
  • Damage caused by accidents, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs

Because our pieces are designed to be worn and lived in, natural signs of wear over time are expected.

WARRANTY REPLACEMENTS

A shipping and handling fee may apply for approved warranty replacements depending on the item being replaced.
